We can not accept returns without return authorization numbers.

It is important to contact us before returning any products so we can give you shipping information and a return authorization number. To obtain a Return Authorization Number email us at OrderDesk@Keys4BetterLiving.com. Once we receive the item and confirm its condition we will refund the cost less shipping, if any.

EXCEPTIONS: We reserve the right to charge a 10% repackaging fee if products are not returned in their original box with all manuals included.

NAYER KAZEMI ART WORK RETURN POLICY - If you set up the fountain or fill it with with water, it cannot be returned. Only items that are unused and in original condition can be returned - no exceptions. $30 re-stocking fee on returns from lower 48 States to cover freight & handling.

We reserve the right to refuse returns past the trial period.

Please enclose a copy of your invoice or the Internet confirmation order # in the inside of the package. Please let us know why you are returning the product. It is very important that the products be repackaged in the original shipping container to reduce the risk of breakage. You are responsible for all breakage. Please return your shipment through the same shipping method in which your product arrived i.e. if it arrived via UPS return UPS. You are responsible for all return shipping charges.

NORMAL DELIVERY: Ground Shipping is to the 48 contiguous United States ONLY. We do NOT ship internationally. We use UPS for most deliveries under 150 pounds. We reserve the right to alter the method of delivery. We use Common Carriers for larger shipments such as water fountains.

EXPEDITED DELIVERY: Hand crafted items usually require additional production before the items is shipped.

SHIPPING LOCATIONS: Our products are shipped from our Indiana warehouse, and from our associated warehouses in California, Colorado, Oregon, Texas, North Carolina, Pennsylvania, New York, and Louisiana.

ORDER PROCESSING: Orders are processed during normal business hours M-F. Orders placed on weekends or Holidays will be processed on the next business day. Orders are usually processed the next business day following your purchase.
